WHERE IS FULL NATURE FARMS?
Our indoor organic farm is located in Tsuen Wan & Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. We have new farms and exciting projects coming up, stay tuned for more details.
DO WE NEED TO CLEAN THE PRODUCTS?
All our produce is grown organically in a controlled condition without chemicals so you do not need to wash the produce. You may apply food grade sterilizer spray for a longer shelf life.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Monday / Tuesdays & Thursday / Fridays, 9:00am-5:00pm
ARE YOUR SEEDS NON-GMO?
Yes! We source our non-GMO seeds from trusted partners.
HOW DO WE STORE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Please keep all products refrigerated at ~4°C (or 40°F).
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR EDIBLE FLOWERS & MICROGREENS?
Most edible flowers and herbs last up to 7 days if kept at room temperature between 0 ~3°C. It can’t be placed in the freezer because the low temperature will deteriorate the products.
Microgreens have a shorter shelf life and will only last for 5 days. If you keep it uncut in our box, and give it light and water, the shelf life will last longer.

As with all vegetables, moisture and bacteria shortens the life of our products. We encourage those to use the products as soon as possible.
HOW TO ORDER?
Please email to info@fullnature.com. Orders need to be made 3 - 5 working days in advance. Should you require delivery service, orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR FARM?
You can pick up your order from our office in Tsim Sha Tsui. Please present confirmation email or Invoice upon pick up. The order would become void if customers do not pick up on the designated date. No refunds will be made.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Once the order is completed, we are unable to arrange any cancellations or refunds.
HOW TO USE EDIBLE FLOWERS?
Flowers can become part of your everyday diet. They offer another alternative to flavors. Not only do flowers make interesting seasonings, but they have aesthetic value as decorations on cakes and desserts. Chefs use flowers not only in cakes, but in salad, butter & using flowers as flavouring for ice creams and beverages.
Pansies can have so many color variations, they make an excellent decorative addition to desserts, such as pastries, cakes and cookies.
You can serve them raw, cook them with vegetables, fry them as a snack or sprinkle them on your desserts.
HOW TO PREPARE EDIBLE FLOWERS AND MICROGREEN?
As a general rule, when handling edible flowers or microgreens, use food tweezers or food safety gloves, or steralized scissors
HOW TO GROW EDIBLE FLOWERS AT HOME?
All sorts of plants produce edible flowers, but they may be difficult to grow at home because you need to identify which flowers to grow and the right amount of sunlight needed as most plants producing edible flowers need 6 hours of sun each day. At Full Nature, we grow in an all controlled environment to eliminate the use of pesticides. But at home, you may need to use chemical fertilizers to eliminate it from pests.
ARE ALL FLOWERS SAFE TO EAT?
Do not eat flowers from florists, nurseries or garden centers. These flowers have been treated with pesticides not labeled for food crops. Flowers aren’t safe to eat unless grown organically.
WHAT DO EDIBLE FLOWERS TASTE LIKE?
Different kinds of flowers can vary in terms of taste but they make a great alternative for seasoning or cake decoration. The sweeter flowers are great for cakes, desserts or pastries. Additionally, many edible flowers are nutritious and contain potent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that can support your health.
WHAT DO MICROGREEN TASTE LIKE?
Some are mild or bland. Others are spicy and peppery. All microgreens are packed with vitamins and their nutrition values include vitamin A & vitamin C depending on the type.
